She was born in USA but, from early age, she has lived in different countries due to her father’s work.
That is why she loves different languages and cultures so much. She teaches English and, as an
interpreter, she has accompanied her clients to the most remote countries. She founded the English Institute The Village, located in the city of Mar del Plata, and the bilingual school Blessing College in Buenos Aires. In the last few years, she has been dedicated to developing a service for companies to communicate in the language they need, aiming at eliminating the language barriers and generating communication bridges, including the language of signs for Deaf people. That passion made her found Talk-in in 2017.

Mariano has a vast experience in leading the commercial, marketing, operation, engineering and customer service areas in telecommunication and technology companies, both in Argentina and in the rest of Latin America. After graduating as an Electronic Engineer from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), and with an MBA at CEMA University, he has worked at Siemens, Impsat Corporation, AT&T Latinoamérica, Telmex and Claro Argentina, where he proved to be highly qualified to face new challenges and surpass goals with business impact and customer satisfaction. His passion for rugby since childhood made him replicate the value of sports by building high performing teams in changing environments.

Virginia is a certified interpreter of Sign Language for Deaf people. From early age, she has learned sign language as her mother tongue, because her mother and her father were deaf. She was the first certified interpreter of Argentine Sign Language and created the first teaching and formation coursesfor interpreters and the Argentine Sign Language Institute. She was also the first interpreter of Deaf people in a high school and created the first Choir for Deaf People in the Argentine Republic. She was the first interpreter that worked in the mass media with simultaneous interpretation for TV news program in América 2 and CVN. Since 1980, she has been responsible for the Argentine Sign Language (LSA) courses of the Argentine Sign Language Institute.
